Marcelinha (named in honor of a colleague from the office) was the platform responsible for consuming the Chepita API. It was essentially a registration page for clients invited to events or incentive trips. We used to spend a lot of time building each page individually, and they were neither very standardized nor taking full advantage of responsive design available at the time. We used AngularJS + SASS + CI/CD, which made it much easier to implement client-specific visual code and quickly deploy changes, since it was possible to open Bitbucket from a phone anywhere and make the infamous direct push to master. Over time we added more sections and, since it was an SPA, we gained speed and fluidity through animations and transitions between views. Marcelinha also handled uploads of confidential documents through an Azure Blob Container using separate SAS tokens for upload and download. Because these registration forms were usually large and complex, I also built a drag-and-drop tool to make form development easier.
